We would like to introduce you to our Junior Dream Team.

Our aspiring associates have grown up in the the wedding and event planning business.

As they get older, they have taken more of an interest in the business and are eager to learn the ropes.

Being that this is a family business, we are thrilled that the next generation is interested in learning the family business and if they choose to, will someday be full fledged associates, working weddings and events of their own.

 

In school, our Junior Dream Team members are all taking career planning courses

that make them really think about "what they want to be when they grow up".

They are encouraged to explore career paths they think they may be interested in

and shadow those careers to get a better idea of what that career entails.

Unless you specifically request that our group of aspiring associates not be involved with your event,

you may find these outstanding young individuals helping with such tasks as, brainstorming unique and creative ideas that are relevant to your wedding or event, helping to design and create the décor to really enhance the look and feel of your wedding or event,  as well as helping to set up and clean up your wedding or event.

Introducing the Junior Dream Team to our clients is a new concept that we feel will benefit both these young team members as well as our clients. As this team becomes more accustomed to the behind the scenes requirements of producing weddings and events, they will be invited to job shadow in a more public aspect of the business allowing each team member to really learn about the business in it's entirety.
